The new logo design is not finished yet. What is up right now on the blog is simply a 'roughing out' of an beginning idea (for yesterday, Jan 31, 2009).

Let us say that the particular (fictional) design was commissioned by a client company that specializes in laptops. There would be much back and forth between me and the client. This helps me get the drawing exactly the way that the client wants.

A similar process exists for the development of technical ads (two fictional mockups are shown; one is for 'Star Associates' and one is for 'Technical Information Associates').
